Career Guide: Alice Prabitz
Alice is Austrian and currently lives in Vienna. She coaches in German and English and has over 10 years’ experience working in international environments as a global career consultant.
She is also a working mother and has helped many people to find a balance between home-life and professional working.
Alice is a certified coach and career guide, speaker, facilitator and an experienced employment expert. She has worked across public sectors and in international environments; most notably at the European Commission in Brussels, where, over a period of six years, she worked on employment, gender and social matters, developing her negotiation, advocacy, training and communication skills.
Her focus, in her own coaching practice in Vienna, is on transition and life changes, career and leadership development, whereas she believes in focusing on her clients strengths. She coaches either in German or English while also speaking fluent Swedish.
In recent years she has worked as a coach, mentor and trainer to corporate and private clients in Austria. Alice enjoys bringing a quality of intuition and 'deep listening' to the individual, a quality of insightfulness to the situation at hand.
She holds a master in Political Science from the University of Vienna, is a Member of the International Coach Federation and holds a coaching certificate from Coaching Development London with ongoing professional supervision.
