    Celebrating Career Transition

    Share

Being in and enjoying the present moment; interestingly, the summer season is a particularly poignant time in my life.  The following reflections reveal the positive difference I’ve made to myself because of the opportunities I’ve created, actions I’ve taken and changes I’ve made as a result of career change.

I am thankful and appreciative for listening to myself and taking action in relation to my career development journey.  I am happy about the changes I’ve made and continue to make so my career is meaningful.  My professional life is a vocation, which is much more than a job.  I am also pleased to share, I am grateful for every professional and personal experience that underlies my work. I know life experiences are rich parts of my journey, leading me to – my present position, the place I am right now.

My key learning point of this whole experience is that, I listened, when my inner voice was telling me I needed to make a change.  Fortunately for me, I paid attention, identified a career development plan and, strategy took action and just did it.  I discovered and reached a point of clarity and focused on my desired outcome.  Effectively, I positioned myself in the driver’s seat of my life.  I acquired support and a professional guide assisted me along the way.

This has been an exciting, exhilarating and energizing experience.  I tuned into my pioneering spirit, listened to the adventurer within and ignited the opportunity seeking soul.  I made a difference to myself which I am passionate to pass onto other people.  I jumped in, allowed myself to be free and took action.
