Work-Life Balance: Personal Wellness Part 2

Following on from my initial Work – Life Balance: Personal Wellness blog, I have written part 2 and identified 10 principles that will support and challenge you to pay attention to your professional and personal well being. Professional and personal well being is in essence what is known as ‘your life’. Remember ‘your life’ is not a dress rehearsal; we all have one chance to live in flow and be passionate about how we are and what we are doing in every moment.
Equilibrium or Balance is about getting the dance balanced between your career and personal life. More often than not, when we are doing what we are passionate about and engaged with, our life shifts into balance. We shift from fear to joy or victim to creator. We become action and solution oriented instead of problem oriented.
Principles to implement into your daily professional-personal wellness practice:
- Live optimism and Be Present
- Discover your Vision
- Grow through Self awareness
- Identify your Goals – focus and clarity
- Just doing ‘itness’ – be active
- Fuel your Energy – fill up your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vessels
- Seize Wisdom
- Shine Love & warmth
- Be Courageous
- Grow in Spirit
Listen to your intuition. Do what feels best!
