    One on One Support

    We can offer personal one-on-one support to your key employees to help them with their specific career challenges and next steps. We can help them to understand the career options available to them and to plan and work through their next move.     Our one on one support comes in the form of one-off sessions or as more structured, holistic, personal programmes which offer each individual the flexibility to move through their transition in the way that is most helpful for them.

    Our structured programmes work through our own tried-and-tested framework called the 3C’s model which helps each employee to get clear about where they are heading and then supports them to build a plan for their future. The process takes them through a unique journey of discovery, realisation and then actualisation which results in a positive and confident individual who is ready for their next step.
