Stephanie Mount is an executive Coach, Facilitator and Social Media Partner to individuals and organizations focused on work, authentic leadership and social media.
She has been with Position Ignition since its inception and is passionate about creating relationships and learning experiences that stimulate, support and challenge professional people to manage a rewarding and fulfilling career.
She is driven by understanding the human experience and directs her energy toward supporting professional people to understand who they are, identify what they want and achieve results. Through the process of identifying core values, strengths and understanding our self we are best positioned to do what we want and add real value to organizations.
Stephanie’s international career spans two continents and over two decades of learning & development experience, making her a natural ‘transition agent’. Moving between her native Canada and the UK, she has built up an innovative and diverse amount of professional experience: a 14 year career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Community Programmes Manager, L & D Facilitator, Leadership and Career Development Provocateur and Social Media Partner.
She has enjoyed a successful and varied career working across both public and private sectors, in Canada and the UK working with organizations such as Royal Bank of Canada, Chrysler Canada, Tembec, Canadian Government, and most recently, online UK small businesses.
Her career has led her to connect with people in both large and small businesses, giving her experience across the energy sector, telecoms, local government, and police and for over four years in social media. Her experience as a Corporate Blogger and Social Media Partner to individuals and organizations blends seamlessly with her work as a Coach and the online economic landscape we inhabit.
Stephanie has a pioneering spirit and a strong belief in the positive impact resulting from self leadership. Her experience in orchestrating self leadership transition early on in her career has enabled her to become a successful Coach and Guide. Her ability to communicate effectively, to connect and build deep relationships, aligned with her commitment to empathy, truth and transformation equip her with the tools required to support clients along their journey.
Stephanie studied and holds a degree and diploma from St. Mary’s University and Vancouver Community College. She is a qualified coach from the International Coach Federation.
