Training for the HR Community
We believe that the HR community within and outside of an organisation is hugely valuable. This is why we work closely with HR professionals to help them to influence their organisations and to optimise all their people in all roles.
Our focus is on helping employers to achieve what we term “Employment Excellence”. This is the creation of truly sustainable, effective and positive working environments. We work with strategic HR executives and business leaders to ensure that their organisations can achieve this to the best of their ability.

We explore the areas of performance management, employee engagement, transitions out of work, managing talent, change and innovation, leadership and career development and HR strategy and best practise.
Our goal is to help organisations and the HR community to stay at the leading edge of people management and to do this by ensuring that we each play our part in understanding the employee’s perspective in its entirety and in creating a working environment which can be positive for all.
HR Learning Webinars
Webinars are a cost effective way to provide a wide reaching learning platform for your HR community. They are interactive, typically 1 hour sessions which can engage and support your team across multiple locations. Employment Excellence Group
To build on our Employment Excellence theme we have created a LinkedIn group which explores ways to change and shape the workplace for the better for both organisations and employees. We focus specifically on the challenges that are arising as the workforce matures, looking at how these influence working cultures and employment practices.
One of our main areas of interest is that of the employee exit pathway and the opportunities presented to organisations during this transition. Through our discussions, debates and events, we explore how these impact on the core elements of employment excellence such as: performance management, employee engagement, the transition outwards, managing talent, change and innovation, leadership and career development, and strategy.
