Position Ignition is a career consultancy specialising in supporting individuals, organisations and institutions through times of challenging career transitions. We focus on educating and supporting people across different aspects of their career, work and beyond.

We work closely with well-established as well as smaller organisations and institutions, helping them to support their employees, key members of staff, colleagues and alumni. We do this through our workshops, webinars, one on one personal programmes and through our online resources and support.
Most of our work is focused on the mid to late career professional and we have specific expertise in helping with the challenges associated with multi-generational work forces and the maturing workforce.
